Greater Noida Infrastructure: There are currently developing projects worth Rs 3,337 crore in Noida and Greater Noida. Other major projects coming up in Noida and Greater Noida include two new affordable housing projects, a government inter college for girls, a medical university, a trauma center, and a 200-bed district hospital with state-of-the-art sewerage. Currently, Greater Noida is spread over 36,000 hectares and as per the draft plan, 58,000 hectares will be added to it. As per Master Plan-2021, there were 124 villages, while Master Plan-2031 includes 188 villages.

Real Estate Growth

Real Estate Growth: Greater Noida has seen significant growth driven by real estate investors. Demand has been seen mostly by low ticket investors. However, this is not limited to investors only because end-users are also buying properties.

Major developers like DLF, JP, Gaur, Omaxe, Parsvnath, Supertech, Aldeco, Ansal, Unitech, etc. are developing projects in Greater Noida. Some Residential Projects include Parsvnath Panorama, JP Greens Spa Court, Caesar Villa, Golf Country, Galaxy Royal, Dream Valley, Aldeco Mystic Greens, Green Avenue, etc. The Greater Noida Authority is also developing 7,200 affordable housing units in Ground + 3 formats, with each flat measuring over 29.76 square meters. Another project which includes 4,425 affordable homes in Sector 18, each of which will cost Rs 7.75 lakh.
